• Use the Service to plan or coordinate harmful activities

3.3 Technical Abuse

You must NOT:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or networks
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without permission
• Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

While Premium plans offer unlimited item tracking, storage space is subject to fair use:

• Individual file uploads: Maximum 10MB per file
• Total storage per account: 5GB (reasonable for personal documents)
• Excessive use (e.g., using as general cloud storage) may result in restrictions

5.2 API and System Usage

• Do not make excessive API requests that impact service performance
• Do not create scripts that automatically refresh or poll our servers
• Do not use the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users

5.3 Free Plan Restrictions

You may use AI features to:

• Parse your own documents
• Generate insights about your tracked items
• Get recommendations for your personal admin tasks
• Extract information from documents you own

• Use AI to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use AI features for commercial purposes beyond personal use

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

7.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor use of the Service for compliance with this Policy
• Investigate suspected violations
• Remove or disable access to Content that violates this Policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Policy
