Your data is safe with us.
The Home Concierge is fully compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We only collect the data we need to deliver our service, and we never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Your account data is stored with Supabase (on Amazon Web Services) and encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account's rows and files are locked to that account at the database level; I cannot read your documents from the admin screen. When you upload a document, its text is sent once to Google Gemini via Lovable's AI gateway to read the dates out, and is not used to train models. Registrations go to the DVLA to fetch MOT and tax dates. Nothing else leaves the service.
We collect your email address (to send reminders), the deadline dates you enter (to track them), and basic household information (to personalise your dashboard). We do not collect payment card details directly — all payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, and port your data to another service. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@thehomeconcierge.co.uk.
We do not display advertisements. We do not sell your data. Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies, and you can switch it off again in Settings. The Home Concierge exists to help you manage your household deadlines, nothing else.
Row-level security on every table, so one account can never read another. Private document storage with short-lived signed links. Payments handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
